Chicken Saag!!!
Chicken Saag is the best thing to come from India that i know of. I love it!!! When ever we go out for Indian food i can't resist it. So, we decided to make some on our own. It was really fun. We had to buy some weird ingredients at the grocery store. We made naan, Indian flat bread and Chicken Saag, a creamy spinach and chicken dish. Is tastes way better than it looks. My co-workers did not appreciate me bringing it for lunch the next couple of days...they are so uncultured.

Joel, you don't look big at all in those pictures....you must be really letting yourself go now that your hitched huh? Did you get the name of horse that stepped on your arm?
