Baby Bryn turns 1!!

Has it really been a year already? Oh how i love my little Bryn Tin Tinners. Bryn is the sweetest little girl. She has the best smiles. I hope her personality never changes. We are so lucky to have her. We had a great party to celebrate her first year of this life. I can't wait for lots more parties.
The birthday girl. I was so happy with her birthday shirt. It turned out so cute.

What a difference a year makes. This is Bryn the day she was born.

A little family shot my the cupcake tree. I made carrot cake cupcakes and lemon cupcakes with blueberry filling....they were both so good. I wish i had thought to die the frosting before frosting the cupcakes so they would look more interesting in pictures. I don't think it gets better than this picture. My precious little family and a big tree of yummy cake...love it.

We can't stop kissing those little cheeks.

Singing Happy Birthday Meyer style

Blowing out the candle. She had already stuck her finger in the frosting.

And now the big moment...my favorite part of the first birthday celebration. Watching the baby eat their first cake. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this.I made lemon cupcakes with blueberry filling...blueberry is Bryn's favorite and the lemon cupcakes are fantastic!

We are both enjoying every second of this.

Love it she was so messy!

Way to go Bryn!

A little family shot. I think i need to hire a photographer for parties from now on I'm sure our family gets tired of me asking them to take pictures of us.

Grandma Hatch by the tower of treats!

Everyone loves a candidate shot of them eating right. This is my family that came to the party.

Here is Joel's Mom and Grandma with the birthday girl.

Presents! This girl knew what to do. She got a new wardrobe...I'm sure she will look fierce all summer;) Thanks everyone.

Everyone deserves and Aunt Megan in their life. We love Aunt Megan. She is also a great sister.

Bryn and Fin....they are cousins born 3 months apart.

Carley and her favorite thing...lip gloss! She is obsessed. She is so photogenic...i think it helps that she is so pretty.

May Days

We meet up with some good friends at Pat's BBQ in SCL. It is always a good time with this group. This picture is so funny.

A little spoon train at the table.

We love to lay out in the backyard. Our little family is really all beach bums at heart. Maybe one day we will move somewhere with a beach. It is the perfect place for a pedicure.

We tried to fly kites but it was too windy for the kite to go very high. The girls had fun watching us try to fly the kite and chasing the beach ball.

I could barely get them to sit still long enough to take a picture. It was so nice outside.

She is always on the move. I am worried she will be walking soon and then i will be super busy. I don't think i can keep up with both of them.

We are trying to convince Carley that swings are fun. She says they make her tummy hurt.

Carley went to my dentist appointment. She didn't move as she watched them clean my teeth. She loves to help floss our teeth at home. We had been talking about the dentist for 2 weeks so i think she was excited to go.

Then it was her turn. She did great. When we got home she kept making me lay down and open my mouth so she could floss and brush my teeth. So is so into hygiene. So fun!

Mothers day

What a great day. Joel knows me really well and gave me the prefect gift. A video sideshow of our lives together. I watched it at least once a day for a week and couldn't help but cry every time. Carley was really getting concerned. She doesn't like it when i cry. We took a few pictures of me and the girls. Such sweet babies.

Joel made one of my favorite treats. Strawberries and whipped cream. I think it is a family favorite. Open wide.

Here is the funnest part of my morning. When Carley and i go in to get Bryn up. She always has the biggest grin on her face and is so happy to see us. Carley always says "morning Bryn..sister...sleep good?" and climbs into the crib with Bryn.

Thanksgiving point farm

We LOVE animals. Spring is so much fun. The weather is so nice and baby animals appear.
Carley rode the pony like it was no big deal. Kinda funny since she grabs onto me whenever i take her on a carousel ride. I guess a real horse is less scary than a fake one.

Cowgirl up!

They have beautiful peacocks. There is an all white one that is stunning. We tried to get a pictures with them but they kept moving.

Carley was more interested in the sunscreen than the horse drawn wagon ride...kids.

Peek a boo. This little one had so much fun. She squealed and grunted more than the baby pigs. She is so enthusiastic.

I took 5 pictures and not one kid is looking in any of them. So funny.

Love that little face. Who would have guess Joel would be such a pretty baby girl.

These are the only two little animals i took home. They sure make everything more fun.

Easter Weekend

What a fun weekend. The girls and i kicked off Easter weekend going to a petting farm with Aunt Megan. We all loved it. The baby animals were so sweet. I could have taken half the animals home.

So sweet!

What a grin!

I think Carley like the lambs best. Everything was so exciting.

Carley loved to try to feed the baby lamb.

The little train ride...it was so windy!

Easter fun at Grandma Watson's. Grandma and Aunt Megan went all out. There were Easter eggs everywhere. Carley would get so excited every time she found one.

Bryn was the cutest little bunny ever!

We had to die eggs.

And just when i thought Carley couldn't get any dirtier we dipped strawberries in chocolate.

Carley with her chocolate lip liner.

Soon Carley was using the chocolate as makeup on Aunt Megan....sure that works.

I was so excited to put the girls in their Easter dresses on Sunday. I bought their dresses at Christmas and had to wait...it was really hard. I LOVE their dresses. If it came in my size we all would have matched.

Oh...these little girls melt my heart. So cute!!

The girls we fascinated by great grandma's cat. He put up with them for a long time.

The girls had another egg hunt with Grandma and Pappa Eastman. Carley is really good at finding eggs at this point.
