Christmas Eve

Santa filled our girls stockings Christmas Eve since we wouldn't be home on Christmas. Carley's great grandma Hatch made her stocking and Bryn's grandma Meyer made her stocking. They are so cute!

Carley was chugging her protein drink while we opened the stockings.

Bryn Great Grandma Hatch and Grandma Eastman at Great Grandma Hatch's rockin Christmas Eve party. Good times.

Joel and his ladies...lucky guy!

Bryn was obsessed with this beach ball.

Bryn and Aunt Andra.

The girls got to open pajamas on Christmas Eve. Carley loved her pj's. Every time she wears them we sing the "monkey's jumping on the bed" song a million times. We had to get Bryn matching monkey pj's.

Our little monkeys looked so cute in their monkey pj's.

Christmas...early

I couldn't wait any longer to give Carley one of her Christmas gifts. I have been looking for a cute chair for her for a long time. Last week i took a trip to my favorite store...Costco and there it was.

She loves it! I think she needs a little pillow and blanket to make the chair complete. Way to go Costco!

Happy Bryn

I finally got some happy pictures of Bryn! I love this little one. She is so tender. What a cute face.

some funny moments

Joel was playing with Carley upstairs and it sounded like she was having the time of her life! I went to see what was so fun and had to grab a photo. Carley had opened the shredder and threw a little confetti party.

Good times!

Joel was winning Tetras. She also ripped all the books off the bookshelf. She basically just destroyed stuff.

Busted! She thought she was in trouble when i came in...but since Joel was cleaning up the mess i decided to join in the fun.

What a cute face. She always has those big surprised eyes.

We love this park.

Just enjoying a head of broccoli for a snack.

Halloween

Carley was a ballerina monkey for Halloween. She was so cute. She loved walking dressing up, knocking on peoples doors, and getting candy. She is so fun.

Joel's job had trick or treating for the kids. The girls loved going to Dad's work and running around.

When you are a kid everyday is a dress up day. What a little DIVA!

Joel was The Situation and I was J Woww for Halloween.

Shopping

Carley loves to shop lately. Not really surprising when her favorite things are accessories. Her second word was shoes. She loves necklaces, shoes, bracelets and hats. Such a funny girl. She even loves grocery shopping. We spend at least half an hour walking around Macey's while she pushed the cart and threw items in the basket.

We went to Ikea with some friends. They kids earned an ice cream reward for being so good. The other 2 kids are 3...Carley is almost the same size.

This is how i wrangle 2 kids while shopping. Bryn doesn't like the stroller but loves this harness. She would spend all day strapped to me if she could. She falls asleep right away in it. Carley loves to run and be chased so we put her on a leash to keep her safe but give her some freedom. My mom used to tie a rope to my belt loop...i think the monkey backpack is a little more classy. My posy loves to go on outings.

River

Way back in July we took Jake and Jill down the river...there was a lot of kicking and screaming...especially from Jake who kept falling off. We miss these guys since they live in Wisconsin right now.

We always have so much fun together. They have 2 cute boys to go with our 2 cute girls. If there boys are tall enough we may be related one day.

Hobo dinners

We love our neighborhood and all the friends we have in it. These are some of our awesome neighbors the Anderson's. They are always in for a good time. Our girls just love them...who wouldn't.
The boys made us a real hobo fire. Joel threw a huge stack of newspapers in the fire pit so ash was blowing everywhere.

Carley and her buddy going to collect some fire wood.

Me and little Brynners

A family shot

Carley ridding the rock...don't worry she held on for more than 8 seconds.

October...so far

Conference weekend we headed to Willard. The girls are lucky to have 3 sets of Grandparents that love them and some Great Grandparents as well. This is Carley and Bryn with Joel's mom and Joel's Grandma Hatch.

The girls with Grandpa and Grandma Eastman.

It is hard to focus on conference when this little one is around. She would shake her booty to the Morman Tabernacle Choir.

Such a big baby.

She is so helpful. She love to throw food on the floor so we can sweep it up.

Carley loves shoes and hats. She carries around our shoes all day and tries to put them on our feet or she will try to walk around in them. Joel has size 15 shoes so it must be hard for her to pick them up.

Carley bedazzled Bryn. Bryn loves to watch what Carley does and Carley loves to take care of baby Bryn. They are such good sisters already.
